- Chiropractors - covers fee for Logan University to send a certificate to the chiropractor’s state board, as well as mailing a hard copy of the certificate to the address the practitioner provided at registration.
- All other professions - our team emails a personalized certificate to the email address provided at registration. The practitioner is responsible for forwarding the certificate to their licensing board as part of their re-licensure information.

- Our system will record attendance for the time you’re viewing the Live Stream (so make sure you have a stable internet connection)
- All attendees - complete a feedback survey (link will be posted on the agenda prior to the event starting)
- Attend live - the system will record your attendance, that will be the amount of CEUs you’re eligible for (unless otherwise indicated by your state or licensing board)
- Virtual attendees - complete and pass a daily quiz with a minimum score of 75% (link will be posted on the agenda prior to the event starting). In-person attendees are not required to take the daily quizzes. For in-person attendees the quizzes are optional and a great way to test your knowledge.

2. I live outside the United States and Canada, am I eligible for CEUs?
Each country and profession has their own standards; some require CEUs to be pre-approved before the event, others do not. Check with your licensing board to see what the requirements are for your license or certification.

5. I hold more than one license or certification on your list, do I need to pay a separate CEU fee for each one?
No, the CEU fee pays for all eligible licenses or certifications from the list in Question #1 that the practitioner held at the time they attended ECO May 2024.
6. When is the deadline to register for CEUs?
To guarantee that your attendance is being captured properly, you’ll need to register for your CEU ticket by Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 8:00am.
7. How will my attendance be recorded?
In-person attendees - If you are attending ECO in-person, you will receive a CEU packet in your attendee bag that will need to be completed and turned in at the end of the event to ensure your attendance is recorded. If you are attending virtually, our events platform will automatically record the time you spend viewing the livestream.

8. I’m attending ECO virtually, and due to my time zone, I’m not able to watch the Live Stream. Can I still earn CEUs by watching the recordings later?
We are only approved to offer CEUs for practitioners in the US or Canada that attend Live (either in-person or watching the Live Stream). At this time, we aren’t approved to offer CEUs for watching recorded material.

9. I’ve got my ECO and CEU ticket, are there any other requirements to earn CEUs?

10. When will I receive my CEU certificate?
Our education team will review all the attendance records within a week of the event. Then we’ll create and send out all the CEU certificates within the next 4 weeks post event.
Chiropractors - our co-sponsor (Logan University) will send a hard copy of your certificate to you and your state board. All other certificates will be emailed to the practitioner at the email address provided at registration.

11. I purchased CEUs; but my licensing board isn’t accepting them. What should I do?
Please email Heidi at heidi.larsen@cellcore.com, and she’ll refund your CEU ticket. The refund will be credited to your credit card in most cases within 60 days.
